I’m sure that it has happened because when this very IPhone was made the technology was broken. Make It Alright (there is such a song by Carl Thomas. I’ve recently downloaded it from music SE http://www.mp3hounddog.com ). I’m sure Apple tried to make it Alright. But sometimes it is so difficult to controll everything.

dood my brother as the 3G it dosen’t have a camera only the 4G is i getting the 4G in 11 days so your rong the 3G dosen’t have a camera.
