30 SepHow To Get Customized Keyboards On 3.0+ iPhone or iPod Touch

Written Guide:

1. Add the iAccess source from ‘More Package Sources’ on Cydia front page

2. Istall ‘iAccess OS3

3. Open the application that is newly added to your springboard and hit “OK”

4. Turn your device completely off

5. Boot it back up

6. Open that same icon again and now you can edit the stuff in there

7. Turn all the switches off except for the very top switch

8. Exit the application

9. Download the keyboard theme:

29 SepApple Tablet Releasing in May or June 2010?

So the rumored Apple Tablet is hitting top rumors once again, this time going around as the device releasing in May or June of 2010 and will also run iPhone OS instead of Mac OS X. There have been reports that the tablet looks like an iPhone. These rumors are sort of true as it looks like an iPhone 3G, complete with a curved back and that gloss finish.

The tablet is supposed to have a 10.7″ screen and offering a great resolution of 720p. There will also be two different ones to chose from; one with 3G wireless connectivity and one without.

22 SepiTunes 9.0.1 Update & New Features

There were a few updates in this new version of iTunes, these features/bug fixes can be found below. The biggest and best feature to me in this update is the maximize button which was not in iTunes 9. This update is available for all operating systems (Mac, Windows, Vista, Linux) and can be downloaded here

22 SepApple ‘iPhone Activation Zones’ Now in Retail Stores

These ‘iPhone Activation Zones’ were just put into most Apple retail stores across America. Now this whole program is for new customers looking to purchase, activate and receive initial set-up assistance with their new iPhone once they purchase it in store.

Apple is also putting that they do this whole program in their online store and in the retail store listings to hint new customers that they will treat them right.

If you go to your local (or anywhere) Apple store, you will most likely see this setup to the right of yourself right once you enter the store.

21 SepApple Now Investigating iPhone 3.1 OS Battery Issues

Apple is investigating several reports of people complaining about poor battery life for their iPhone 3GS users after they upgraded to the 3.1 firmware. The 3.1 upgrade did deliver a lot of new and useful features but this was not what some people were expecting. There are several iPhone 3GS users on the 3.1 firmware that are looking for solutions to this problem but unfortunately there are not any kind of fixes right now, the only thing that could fix this is downgrading your iPhone to 3.0 or 3.0.1.
