31 JulWhy Was The Google Voice App Rejected? Asks Google.

The FCC (U.S. Federal Communications Commission) has written to Apple, AT&T and Google questioning the rejection of the Google Voice application from the App Store.

If you don’t know what Google Voice is, then read below:

Google Voice is a VoIP service that lets there users set up one phone number and have it ring on all of their phones at once, and control which phones ring at which times of the day or week, there is also more features on the Google Voice Webpage

Now why would Apple not accept an app like this when they already have apps very similar to this one that use the same voice and recording data (VoIP)?

There is, as I would imagine, a ton of e-mails being sent to Apple wondering the same question as almost every person that owns and iPod Touch or iPhone and knows what Google Voice is.

So this is still up for discussion because there has been not a single word released on why his app was rejected to go into the App Store.
